Where to find princesses in disney world

There is one queue for Cinderella and Elena and another line for Rapunzel and Tiana though sometimes you'll get a mystery visiting princess, like we did on our last visit. Even with guests wearing masks and social distancing, it is still wonderful to get one-on-one interactions with our favorite princesses. Did you know many of the princesses' stories originate from various countries around the world?

These socially distanced meet-and-greets are not officially listed so you never know which characters you'll see pop up! Pocahontas is one with the wilderness as the only princess at Disney's Animal Kingdom.

She may be just around the riverbend as she randomly travels via boat. Sometimes Meeko even joins for an adventure! The boats travel around Discovery Island; we recommend trying to see them from the bridges into the different lands as well as most parts of Africa and Asia. Right now, character dining experiences are modified and slowly returning. The only currently available experience featuring any of the Disney princesses is Cinderella's Royal Table.

Usually, several other princesses join her, but only Cinderella makes a socially distanced appearance at this time. This slow-moving ride takes you through the whimsical scenes from the movie and is a great way to beat the heat.

Be just like Jasmine in a whole new world on the Magic Carpets of Aladdin soaring around Adventureland. Get ready to "Let It Go" with this show for the whole family.

Now this isn't just any "Frozen" sing-along. This fun and comical retelling of the events of "Frozen" will have all frogs laughing and singing along. This Broadway-style show takes you through Belle's iconic story, with plenty of musical fun! Although the show is marked a little differently now due to social distancing, we are so hoppy to see a tale as old as time again. Can't get enough of Belle? This play area has been re-themed for this chef extraordinaire and will be available during the Food and Wine Festival.

It's a perfect spot for your very own royalty-in-training to burn off some energy. While it's not a play area, little "Tangled" fans may enjoy the themed restrooms in Magic Kingdom's Fantasyland.

You can even spot Rapunzel's tower from Frontierland! Look for wanted posters with familiar faces around the area, and try to find all of Pascal's hiding places. Are you staying at a Disney World Resort hotel? Slumber like Aurora in special princess-themed guest rooms at some of the hotels. Disney's Polynesian Village Resort recently underwent a major refurbishment, and now the guest rooms have a "Moana" theme.

See if you can spot Moana, Maui and Hei Hei in the decor! More exciting ways to connect with the princesses and their stories are headed our way in the future. Journey of Water will be a walkthrough experience with interactive elements. The plan to re-theme Splash Mountain into a "The Princess and the Frog" ride is still in the early stages of development.

We will eventually be able to take a new journey alongside Tiana, which unfolds after the movie's final scenes. Now that you know how you can see the princesses around Disney World, we've compiled this list so you know exactly where to find each princess. This attraction has FastPass available. Located in the Norway section of the World Showcase, Anna and Elsa have a darling meet and greet in a quaint Norwegian themed cottage.

The queue is mostly indoors and well themed. FastPass is not available for this meet and greet. For all the characters listed below check the schedule on the My Disney Experience app on the day you plan on visiting.

They do not meet all day and often have limited hours for meeting. Another tip to beat the lines is to show up at the location in the World Showcase about 10 minutes prior to the listed time on the My Disney Experience app preferably with a yummy World Showcase drink or snack to pass the time. Once the princess actually shows up the line often grows due to people passing by who see them and decide to stop.

Most of the year Belle meets in her blue and white dress in this location, but at Christmas time you might be able to catch her in her red winter dress. The two meet and greet spots are back in the France gardens and along the railing as you enter the France area of the World Showcase. Currently it appears that Belle is meeting in the gardens and Aurora is meeting along the walkway near the railing, but sometimes these princesses are switched.

Check the My Disney Experience app for the current set-up. These queues are not covered and can get quite hot if sunny.

FastPass is not available for these meet and greets. Mulan meets right at the entrance to the China pavilion area. FastPass is not available and the queue is not covered. Snow White has a meet and greet beside a quaint old well and cottage at the edge of the Germany pavilion.

Jasmine meets back in a small building back in the Morocco pavilion in the World Showcase. The queue is covered and her meet and greet is indoors so it can be a good break to get out of the rain or hot weather. You meet Belle upon entry while waiting to be seated. When we went the princesses who met us at our table included Ariel, Aurora, Snow White, and Cinderella however this is subject to change. Pictured below is Aurora leading the boys and girls in the Princess Parade around the restaurant.

In the past you could meet Moana here, but currently Moana is not available to meet during regular operation of the parks. And, every once in a while, Disney Princesses are there to say goodbye or good morning! Sometimes you can spot them in front of their former meet-and-greet area, Royal Sommerhaus.

Anna will come out to greet the townsfolk…. The two also get out for a walk around some of World Showcase throughout the day. During the Frozen Promenade, you can find Elsa leading the way….

Depending on the day, this promenade can make its way from the entrance of the World Showcase to the Norway Pavilion, but more often than not, the girls take a shorter route and only go through the Norway Pavilion.
