I've enjoyed most of it very well, and i've been part of some great teams and shared some fun moments. Now I've often seen other members of the teams get given the title of 'Op Leader' and their text is all nice and different so it stands out when they type anything. The question I have is From the many games i've played people practically 'never' listen or bother to communicate back, so if the op leader asks people to attack point 'a' no one ever ever seems to respond.

Now I understand the Op Leader is picked at random, but surely a possibly good function of teamwork is being constantly wasted by this? It's on random so gives everyone a chance to 'play leader' but as i've said a many op's leaders dont type anything and b if they do they get ignored.. DarthPeterNorth
