Zapdos knows Thundershock right off the bat, but you don't need to wait long until it learns the even more powerful Electric attack Thunder at level It doesn't really matter what you pick as the fourth technique -- as long as you've got Thunder and Fly locked down. You might as well stick with the fairly strong Flying attack Drill Peck, which it knows right off the bat.

It's great against Grass, Fighting and Bug Pokemon. In battle, Zapdos shows its worth against Grass, Fighting, Ground and Bug types -- both on the offense and defense.
